It is made of local specialty red tassel glutinous sorghum and Chishui River water as brewing raw materials, supplemented by 3-year-old base wine and 5-year-old wine. The taste is smooth, soft and of high quality.

The product is taken from the water of Maotai River Valley, with red tassel waxy sorghum and wheat as raw materials, and the wine body is stored and raised by plant burial technology, and the natural sauce flavor is brewed with low carbon, giving the taste buds the most sincere enjoyment.
Taking the red tassel glutinous sorghum, wheat and Chishui river water unique to Maotai town as raw materials, following the traditional "12987" brewing technology, the original wine is cellared for more than 5 years, the old wine for more than 10 years is selected, and the base wine for more than 5 years is carefully mixed. The wine is slightly yellow, with uniform hops, mellow sauce flavor and long aftertaste.
